Adult Training Services (ATC)
ATC provides consumers within the Generic program the opportunity to participate in activities for which the individuals receive compensation, programs may include maintenance, prime -manufacturing, Sub-contract and Recycling. Individuals also participate in other training programs such as Personal Development Training to facilitate the individual’s integration into the community by encouraging an understanding of the individual’s talent abilities, develop safety awareness, self help, decision making & health care skills, meal planning, community awareness, self advocacy, socialization and communication skills.
Community Inclusive Activities
Consumers are provided the opportunity to participate in the community. A minimum of 6 activities is provided weekly, which is focus on improving and developing social and communication skills, safety, entertainment and cultural inclusion.
Consumer to staff ratio for this program is 3 to 1.
ATC Certification
Pathways ATC Program has been awarded a five year certification through the DDD Day Habilitation Certification Process. Pathways to Independence Day Hab’s certification will be valid for a period of five years beginning August 29, 2023 through August 2028
